Merchant and scope

These terms apply to physical pouffes and rugs requested from MY CUTPRICE LTD, company number 15775137, at 131A Middleton Boulevard, Nottingham, England NG8 1FW. These consumer terms do not remove mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Request and acceptance

Checkout sends an order request, not an automatic card payment or a promise of dispatch. The receipt confirms that we have received the request. We review availability, address and delivery access, then contact you to confirm details and any agreed payment arrangements. A contract is formed only when we expressly accept the order. If an item cannot be supplied or a material pricing error exists, we explain the issue and offer a choice before acceptance; we will not substitute another item without agreement.

Products and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. The displayed request total includes a delivery amount of £14.95 below £200 and £0 at or above £200 for standard mainland UK delivery. No extra tax is added by the checkout. Any delivery location outside that service requires a separate quote and agreement before acceptance. Dimensions are nominal: soft textiles may settle and natural fibres can show variation. Screen colours and AI catalogue imagery are illustrative; the written material and selected product details define the request. No discount, certification or external brand endorsement is implied by our company name.

After acceptance

Keep the confirmation and check delivery details promptly. Risk passes when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods; ownership passes after agreed payment is received. English law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live; consumers may use the courts available under those protections. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, but not business profit losses on consumer purchases. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
