Payment policy

What checkout does

The checkout records an order request in GBP and displays a reference when it has been saved. It does not charge a card, connect to a bank, send a payment email automatically or operate a wallet. We do not ask for card details in the checkout form. A saved request is not proof of payment. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, delivery and the details of an accepted order before any agreed payment becomes due.

Prices and delivery amounts

Product prices are shown in pounds sterling as ordinary selling prices, without invented sale reductions. Standard mainland UK delivery is £14.95 when the product subtotal is below £200 and £0 when it is £200 or more. The delivery amount is shown numerically in the cart, checkout and receipt. No additional tax is added by this checkout. Orders outside the standard delivery area require a separate quote and your express agreement; no undisclosed surcharge is collected through the form.

Safe payment arrangements

Any subsequent payment method and due date must be expressly confirmed by us as part of acceptance. Do not send full card details, security codes or banking passwords by email or in the order notes. Verify an unexpected change of payment instructions through the established contact email before acting. If you receive a suspicious message, stop and contact [email protected], quoting only the order reference and the concern. We do not claim an external payment integration or bank protection that the site does not provide.

Failures, corrections and refunds

If saving fails, the website returns an error and retains the cart, draft details and agreement for another attempt. A successful retry produces one reference; resending the same request is protected against duplicate storage. Contact us before opening a new request if you are unsure whether the first was received. Where money has been paid and a refund is due, we use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and no fees are imposed for the refund.
